2. Order Cancellation Policy
a. Before Order Processing
- Orders can be cancelled before production or processing begins
- Any advance payment may be refunded after deducting applicable administrative charges
b. After Order Processing Begins
- Orders cannot be cancelled once manufacturing or customization has started
c. After Dispatch
- Orders cannot be cancelled once the product has been dispatched
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
Eligible Cases
- Product is not delivered due to our fault
- Wrong product delivered
- Product is damaged during transit (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proof)
